Tire pressure gauge?

I'm at work and don't have a manual in front of me, nor do I have the energy to find one online.

Doesn't our car come with a tire pressure monitor? If so, where is it? I'm thinking about where I'd look to find this information, and I would think it's under INFO somewhere along with fuel economy, but I don't remember seeing it there.

I'm not sure about people with Nav, but think I just have an idiot light for tire pressure. I haven't seen a readout of the actual pressure in each tire like my old 350Z.

It's just a warning light. There is not PSI readout unfortunately.

No PSI monitor. TPMS will come on when the tires are at about 25 PSI or below. Tires should be at 35 so don't wait for the sensor light to come on to fill up.

Speaking of...

How often does everyone check their tire pressures?

Never. I just eye it.

That sounds pretty useless.

Mechanical tire pressure gauges are the way to go. "Eye-ing it" doesn't do anything either.

With these low profile tires, you won't be able to tell they're low by looking at them until they are about 15 psi or so. Getting an alert at 25 psi is not nearly as helpful as knowing exact pressures, but it's not useless.

I had a Smartire aftermarket system in my last two cars, exact psi and temps in each tire, I miss that.

The M has the monitoring system with the actually pressure readouts. I believe the FX has it too.
