After years of research and development of the ultimate wheel product, Rennen Forged., launches the world’s most technologically advanced multi-piece forged wheel manufacturing facility. *Located in the heart of the Los Angeles, Rennen Forged, targets the Mecca of the wheel industry with innovative new designs, engineering and technology. *We can make your wheels designs come to life, with in house design, structural engineering, CNC programming, CNC mill and lathe capabilities, and multi-pc wheel assembly, there’s no order we can’t handle. We currently offer 1PC, 2PC, & 3PC wheel manufacturing, with a series of limitless design capabilities depending on your budget. *With full in-house forged wheel manufacturing abilities, Rennen Forged can handle ANY custom wheel order, big or small. *We also offer off-shore wheel manufacturing for mass-production and large scale wheel manufacturing. *Our experienced staff will guide you through every step of your order in order to make sure we include ever detail you can imagine coming to life. *
Every Forged wheel begins with a grade A 6061-T6 aluminum billet cut and put into a 10,000 Ton Forging Press to forge the center disks or 1 Pc Forged Wheels. *The result of the forging process is 6061 aluminum material with a completely refined grain structure which allows the wheels to be both lightweight and extremely durable. *These materials are mainly used in aerospace manufacturing to attain the highest levels of tolerance and quality control. *Quality materials are the beginning of a product. Once the raw center disk forgings are manufactured our 3PC rim halves are manufactured to the tightest tolerances through CNC Spinning of 6061 Aluminum alloy, 6061 aluminum sheets are spun on a CNC lathe to achieve absolute trueness and run-out quality, this process eliminates all vibration complaints experienced from aftermarket wheels. *All of our multi-pc wheels are then hand assembled by our SEMA wheel and tire certified technicians, and hand torque for accuracy. *Every set of wheels comes with a certification of quality and run out report to ensure the trueness of each wheel.
