Eugene is the man! I had a front suspension issue and he took care of it in 30 minutes, something the dealer gave me the runaround for a couple months. If you live in the Bay Area, you got to take your car to him:

I concur. I have bounced a few things off him and he is insanely knowledgeable about our platform. Super nice too.
