damn, the sho is like 4,400lbs.
that's like a 700lb diff.
the hp on the ford must be underated.
can anyone explain how 35 hp can make the car so close in perofrmance.
wikapedia has curb weight @3285 lbs?

The SHO has a 3.5 with twin turbos. That thing's making sick torque early, right off the line if he's powerbraked it. We've got 296 or so ft-lb with the new 3.7, the Ford's putting out around 350, and earlier.
Everybody talks about hp, but torque's king. Not that I'm complaining.
