The in cabin views are hillarious. The Lambo driver struggled constantly just to keep it on the road...yet the GT-R driver looked like it was just a cruise thorugh the park.

When you compare the GTR and the Gallardo, the Gallardo makes the GTR look very big.

The GTR should have eventually overtaken the Lambo and stayed ahead in a longer race. That thing was like butta in the turns and the Lambo driver was getting a little squirrely in the turns but pulling away ever so slightly on the long straights. He had his chance to get his nose underneath when the Lambo went a little off line at about 3:50 bud didn't get it done.

i think you mean the gtr. seemed like it went into some sort of limp mode where it only shifted at 3500rpm

Yeah it hit the infamous nissan/infiniti limp mode that kicks in way before it needs to. WTF happened to the R8 5.2? And damn that lotus revs high, 9K on the tach and there wasn't a red line.

the r8 v10 had some sort of trouble and dropped out . . .
the gtr had water overheat in the last lap . . .
