I wish I knew before I ordered. I heard about some issues but thought a simple part turnaround would be fine (WRONG!!!).

2-3 days is now more than 7 weeks and the story changes everytime I call. It is at the point where I know what I'm told is a load of BS. I'm beyond frustrated and straight up pissed off.

I feel bad for anyone that has had the misfortune of dealing with this "company" recently. I will be following up for a refund and filing with the BBB and suggest everyone do the same.

In the motto of the "most interesting man in the world", "I don't always publically bash companies, but when I do it's because they are garbage and lie about everything"

Just checked in again. They were supposed to ship (again) today. Sam said to call back tomorrow because he does not know if they shipped or not, their shipping guy was not in.

Has anyone gotten any positive action from these guys yet?

I have another order placed just to get my car back up and running through Level 10 from NJ, let's see who delivers first...

***Update***

9 weeks later and 2/3 of the order have shipped and arrived. Still awaiting the final piece (torque converter)

Since I made a duplicate order I will have a Valvebody and Torque Converter FS sometime soon.

It's disappointing to read all this stuff with GTM, especially with all of their engineering prowess. It sounds like they need someone to manage the cash flow and business end of things like Nicole Ritchie needs 2 pounds. I was thinking about having my valve body sent to them this summer but going 9+ weeks without my car is NOT a viable solution.

Im at 4 weeks plus without my car. Its been hell. Check out level 10 transmissions if you still want the valve body upgrade.

Yeah, right I was shocked to hear my shop got the parts. I'll be posting the Torque Converter when both come in and I have the extra, as well as the Valve Body.

Lt8Che, did they share with you the instructions to modify your tune? If you have that can you send it to me please. Trying to get that from Sam yet.

No instructions on modifying the tune. Level 10 said to tell the tuner that it was their product, I would imagine saying the same thing about GTM.

I have my G tuned on the dyno, so that may negate the canned tune modifying issue.

Im pretty sure what sam provides is a tune that has the the TQ tables adjusted, affecting line pressure. If we get nothing from sam, ill have my shop look at adjusting these anyways. Ill post back in a day or two with the outcome.

I do sympathize with anyone dealing with GTM, especially someone who has had to for 10.5 months. Thats ridiculous. I don't feel lucky though. This was going to end soon one way or the other. They shouldn't be offering a service they cant turn around in a reasonable amount of time.

Damn and here i was thinking of getting the vb upgrade. Now i don't know what to do on one hand i need it for F/I. On the other hand i just can't stay without my car for more than a week.
