ordering from car customz

Anybody experience doing business with CarCustomZ.com , I ordered a vinyl overlay last month, and they sent an email with order number with status of 'pending'. Still no package.

I Emailed, no answer. Cant find phone number on website.

Why not order from bluebat? The trusted place for overlays?
