Anyone else having issues with orders made from JEB? I ordered duraluminn lugs a few months ago (april) and kept getting a response saying "we will contact the vendor and follow up for you" then eventually the order will come in june 15th and then they are due next week etc.. and now no response....

 

i've never had an issue with JEB, had only a good experience. sorry for the troubles you're going through...definitely hate when you can't get a response from vendors after you buy a product...

 

yea my first purchase from him was great, went super quick and smooth..

 

Spent over $1000 w/ JEB, no problem, you shouldn't be worried.

They were supposed to contact Berk about issues with my exhaust tips over a month ago and get back to me about it. Haven't heard anything

 

weird they usually answer within a day! and shipping dates are accurate!, a month ago i spent around 3000$ with JEB and everything went smooth no issues

 

Keep in mind that there is a vendor feedback forum that was created specifically for questions or issues such as this. It doesn't belong in the G37 Coupe forum so it's being moved. Please post things like this there in the future (OP and everyone else).

 

I've not had any issues with them either, my order went smoothly.

Seems like a reputable vendor according this thread... so i wouldnt worry too much, id try contacting them again by phone or else by PM, maybe your msgs got lost in the 100s of query they get everyday...

I'm not surprised... I brought an issue to the moderators' attentions months ago about this. Nothing was done. However, I'm glad this vendor is making things right by you, OP...

Due to all the chaos in Japan. Rays Wheels were unable to ship the lug nuts. Finally received them today. Headed your way. I know took extra long.

However Glad that Rays and JAPAN is now back to normal operations.
