A truly remarkable experience. I had called twice to inquire about the Motul products. Both times JEB spent over twenty minutes answering my questions and giving tips of the various products offered and giving good advice.
I had needed good motor and gear oil in anticipation of a two day track event. Due to time constraints I was only able to place my order three days in advance. JEB took my order over the phone to expedite the processing and not only cut me a discount on my order but threw in expedited shipping! The total shipping cost was close to $80 but true to his word he stuck to his original quoted price and refunded an overcharge without my asking.
Again the overall experience was superb and JEB went out of its way to provide an excellent transaction.

Honestly this has been the best Vendor I have ever bought from....PERIOD. I think what really makes John great is not only is he a vendor, but he is a true 'Enthusiast', so he actually gets the consumer. This is huge.
