getting in touch with 180

getting in touch with 180

been trying to communicate with 180 ppl over the past few days, need to get some light mods done. Don't see a consistent communication from them, is this habitual??

i know they were moving locations recently... not sure if that's affecting their customer response time... did you just PM them on this forum? you can just call them if you haven't already... email always works too... I've never had a problem reaching them if I needed them

I realize they're moving and I have emailed, pm, phone. They said they'll get back to me and haven't heard anything.

I guess I've to look for other options.

yea, don't expect too much from them when it comes to communicating with their customers. They'll get the job done, but you will have to sit and wait until they're ready to respond to you.

Lol communication is completely horrible. I text and pm them and never receive a response, idk why I bother

they are in the middle of moving to a new shop. they said they will be fully set in the next couple weeks.

Paul right? We have been talking for the past 4 days, mostly through email. We spoke briefly on the phone but I was outside working on a car and told you I couldn't speak much at the moment.

Also, you want us to rush the job and have everything ready for this Saturday. First, the things you requested are not available (quad projectors and dual iron-mans). I gave you the options that we can do, then you changed the order again. I'm going to reply to your email right now and tell you what can be done, but this time frame is really pushing it.

Are you going to jump into every thread and try to badmouth us? I haven't received a single PM from you on here or g35nyc in WEEKS. All you have to do is call and discuss what you want done. Does your number end in 7712?

That's correct, we're in the middle of moving. I'm constantly running around between the old and new shop, dealing with contractors and supplies... while talking to customers on the phone/text/pm/email and doing few jobs here and there.

Hey Alex

You guys do a good job and I already got some work done. Just wanted to finalize everything at the beginning of this week so it won't look rushed trying to coordinate timing at the last moment. Anyways no worries if you're busy.

No, I don't try to bad mouth you guys. I tried setting up an appointment swapping headlights and that never even went through with you guys. All you do is seem to respond on a thread when I mention something or else we never speak lol. I might as well make a thread just so we can talk instead
