Good luck! My friend waited 8 months before they sent him his replacement mufflers. I bet you your tips probably don't fit correctly too.

I really hope your case is an anomaly. Every experience with ARK that I've had both product and customer service has been top notch. I do really hope everything gets resolved

 

Update. Spoke with Alex and he shipping the mufflers and gaskets today. So it looks like everything is starting to work out. I'll keep everyone posted..

the problem with customer is service is people usually only talk about the bad experiences..

I'm still 100% with ARK. I love their exhaust and they worked great with me the entire way
