So I purchased two Smart Key Jackets from Grubbs for $13.98. They sent them fedex REQUIRING addressee TO BE PRESENT for signature. I get it with something more pricey but for $13.98?!?!?!?! Now I am out my S/H charges. Just want to let other members know how their shipping policy works. Don't know about you, but I can't sit home all day during a weekday to sign for something that costs $13.98...

just fyi in the future, if you get home and have the "missed drop off" sticker on your door (they should try to deliver 3 times) you can call them and go pick it up at a distro point.

and Grubbs should be able to resend it with no charge, just call them and tell them what happened
