Well, after some consideration the Tunerz Store will be hosting meals for Friday night dinner (Meet & Greet) as well as Saturday dinner.

We also plan on having raffle drawings for some hot ticket items. The drawings will be dependent on the amount of people registered as well as the types of vehicles in the line up. So please register as early as possible and list your vehicle information to help determine the prizes.

We have secured the pavilion this year for the entire weekend. This area is a great place to chill out, eat some good food and talk plenty of shop!!

Onto the big question... How much is registration going to be?

Pre-Registration: $25 (Meal Ticket for Friday dinner ONLY & a T-Shirt)
Pre-Registration: $25 (Meal Ticket for Saturday dinner ONLY & a T-Shirt)
Pre-Registration: $35 (Meal Tickets for Friday/Saturday dinners & a T-Shirt). Please select T-Shirt size at check out. Just as important as the raffle drawings, we need to get a good idea on how many folks to feed and how many shirts will be required.

Pre Registration will be good through Aug 10 2012 and then it will increase $15 for each option.

--Meals include:
--Spaghetti with garlic bread, salad & dessert for Friday Night Meet & Greet
--Pulled BBQ pork, pasta salad, potato salad, baked beans & dessert for Saturday Dinner
--Beverage options are sweet & unsweet tea, bottled water and lemonade

Saturday Night Fireworks will be on display. Since we already have the pavilion secured, we will have up front viewing.

Torry and I are still working on the itinerary for cruises. I know we split up last year and some of you did way too much driving. That will be tremendously reduced this year. My preliminary thoughts are a Cherohala Skyway Cruise to include The Dragon, of course. I would also like to get a photo op together at Fontana Dam. So stayed tuned for further details......

One registration at a time... So, if you have a wife, cousin, brother or hobo passenger, they will register separately and type "passenger" for vehicle info since the driver has already registered.

I can't express how important it is to register ASAP in order to aide us in the final details.
