Nice debut, though I think some members on the board already saw it over the weekend at Inside Line's debut? Not sure of the event.

Overall the car looked nicer in person than from the pix. The headlights, the front bumper "fangs", the tails and the body lines, all were better than expected. Stock comes w/ 245 front and 275 rear wheels on 19s. They even have a dip in the engine hood for the FSTB. The only thing I thought could be better was the interior. But then again maybe I'm spoiled by the G

Also spoke to Kenny about the front grill for the G37 which I really like. They said it is on sale now for $300, in both matte black and gloss black, though I still did not see it on their website.

Nice lil trip~~

How'd the engine and engine bay look? Exactly the same as ours? I'm wondering if the Z will have more or less room to work with when it comes to a supercharger or turbo system.

It's pretty tight in there. I would say a bit smaller than ours since the Z is smaller overall. It got a bit tighter as well due to the front strut bar.

I think the main thing they need to address if they make a supercharger to not make one where we have to have a bulge in our hood.

Go Kenny Go! I'll say this.. forced induction is an active project with our R&D Department.

I cannot release any details, and no details are finalized as to the type. However it looks like a roots style (with your favorite bulge) is not the optimum setup, especially since the engines of these vehicles sit higher than previous models.

Wow those door handles look out of place, and why des nissan keep going with chrome headlights, on the g37 and 350z, when it really doesnt flow well with the rest of the car?

Maybe to preserve the class and luxury? You can always have them painted too. I know people that prefer the chrome.
