[TSB] anyone have any update on this safety issue?

Infiniti has fixes for both the air flow problem (fail-safe kick in) and transmission 3rd to 2nd gear change problems. However the fixes are immature and have not been released to all dealers via TSB yet.
My dealer and others have mentioned that its expected to be ready by next week. Another member here had the fixes put in and says the change is an incredible improvement. I'm waiting on the fixes myself. I think this should be made a recall.
