Maybe some of you have seen this before, but I just wanted to post this up. Although it's only renderings it's still something to think about. I personally think it's a good idea adding the GTR's engine. The front looks like a GTR and the back is like 09 FX/EX like.

 

I really like the front. Not so much the back. I like the tailights though. They look like demon eyes.

 

I really doubt it's gonna look like that....and they will not use the Gt-R engine, it would be the 3.7L or the V8 only.

 

Looks good. Let's just hope it turns out that way.

 

the rear will not look like that. higher class vehicles mostly have a lowered license plate.

 

Of course they will change it to be more conservative like they did with the G37 over the concept. I still dream about that concept. The interior was the chit.

I was thinking the same thing about having the GTR engine. I thought all the GTR engines are hand made? Correct me if I'm wrong. That would mean the same for the M then which also means higher production costs which also means a higher MSRP. But then again it would take away what makes the GTR unique. With the M being the high end division line for Infiniti, I'd expect it to have more luxury amenities besides performance. This way it can match up with a high end premium car like a LS460 or S class.

im pretty sure this is the same stupid website that just throws up random stories with no substantial proof with the hopes of getting 1 right. the rumors of a 4 door gt-r have been around since the gt-r was announced. the only way to know for sure is wait to see what infiniti says. sorry to disappoint.

 

change the thread title... that won't be the new M at all. It'll be great if Infiniti made a luxury sports sedan and even at $90k it won't be the Q45 replacement-- just a unique variant. What they really need to worry and build is AWD 6MT Sedan

 

Yea the concept interior was sick and so was the panoramic roof.. ZOMG.

 

Speakers in the headrests is what really got me going... :tear:

 

Not to mention:
Flush door handles
Two toned seats
Tiny side mirrors
Super aggressive front end

Yeah I want to cry too. Of course they had to take away all the cool stuff because it was aiming towards "the wrong market". Funny how the GTR got some of these features.
