Any dealers wanting to move 07 M35's?

Stopped by my local and only Infiniti dealer today and looked at the 07 M35 and like it, I am interested in the base model, they have 3 and are not ready to let them go for invoice...I know what the MSRP is and what the invoice is, any dealers interested in talking? I have a 2004 Volvo S60 T5 with 35k on it I would trade on it...

Are you sure you weren't looking at an 08? Many dealerships are selling 07 models below invoice.

That dealer needs some meds! I've been told that the 07s are selling below invoice at most dealerships. Edmunds shows that as well. Try another dealership or go online. The car industry is dismal to say the least. There should be many other dealerships that are willing to be realalistic. Good luck.

Dealer tried to get me to do an '07 yesterday. Not only was it below invoice but the sales rep gets a $1k spiff.

If you were buying an 08 for invoice or slightly under most dealers are still making good money. They have hidden incentives and rewards for sales that the sales staff knows about. However, some dealerships have rules that the staff must abide by. For some now, it's pushing the 07s at deep deep discounts and not to sell 08s for invoice unless permission is granted by the management.

The '08 was at VPP so cost of the vehicle wasn't the problem. The residuals and money factors make it a horrible deal.

The spiff on selling the '07 M was direct from Infiniti to the sales rep.

Greg if you haven't found what you're looking for near you. I can probably do a bit better than invoice and still ship it to your doorstep if you aren't in the Houston area.

Thank you!! This is very, very true! Many don't know this, but if you're looking to lease one, it's a horrible lease despite any bonus factory cash for this reason and this reason alone. You'd get a much better "deal" on a 2008 model.

Thinking of financing? Sure, you'll save tons of money on cost of the vehicle, however lose special APR.

Again, another fact.
