Team OCGs Rules & Regulations
Enthusiasts, Involvement, Dedication, & Representation
1. These Team OCGs events can not have long gaps of time in between them (i.e.. you show to an event in June and check-in, then you are MIA without any contact or explanation till like Sept) Once a new member you should put “TEAM OCGs” (or some tag line involving the name) into your signature on G35driver.com and myg37.com. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF ALL MEMBERS and A MUST TO DO.
2. New members are on a probationary period with Team OCGs due to lack of dedication and seeing how other groups have get unorganized. Therefore all New level members are a part of Team OCGs but will be on a probationary period – This is in place to basically make sure the member is fully aware of the guidelines.
3. All NEW and CURRENT members should try and take the initiative of tracking their own processing to fully becoming an OCG member– making sure you check in at events, inquire about your meet count with the OCGs by PM’ing “G37Rider92649” on myg37.com or “hotdawwgman” on the g35driver.com
4. UNDERSTAND THAT TEAM OCGs IS ABOUT BEING AN ACTIVE PART OF A GROUP and no matter who shows to what event…We all attend as a Group and that name Team OCGs attaches to those that are there and those that are not there… WE REPRESENT, ROLL AND CONDUCT OUTSELVES AS ONE. We roll somewhere- we roll as one, We win something - We win as one. Team OCGs is a voluntary club and everyone who is a part of is has to WANT to be a part of it.
5. ALL MEMBERS SHOULD TAKE THEIR PROCESSING AND MEMBERSHIP SERIOUSLY BY:
• attend as many events as possible,
• trying to frequent the online forums on
G35Driver.com and myg37.com
• Following the member guidelines
• keeping the foundation of the “family vibe” we have
• helping other members with useable advice, connections, installations, etc
• helping promote TEAM OCGs to those that would like to be a part of our club according to its guidelines
• UNDERSTANDING THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP PROCESS & DEDICATION APPLIED.
• Respecting the rules of the meets and being a contributing part of the family
• WHEN “LIFE” DOESN’T ALLOW YOU TO FREQUENT MEETS OR ONLINE FORUMS YOU AT LEAST CHECK IN TO LET THE CREW KNOW THAT YOU STILL WANT TO BE A PART OF IT BUT ARE JUST BUSY AT THE TIME
• Respecting the fact that other members have long standing membership with Team OCGs and trying hopefully to stay with the club just as long.
6. The OCGs, active and certain active high meet level members because of their long standing relationship with the club will have certain influence on all OCGs New memberships, club business and execution of ideas and events.- This is not in place to make anyone feel unimportant as all ideas are welcome but these members have been with the club and built its foundations. WE WOULD LIKE EVERYONE WHO APPLIES TO OCGs to REACH THAT LEVEL of INVOLVEMENT!
7. Currently only active & dedicated members can become part of the OCGs and it is welcomed by any of these members to inquire about joining.
8. EVERY G35 & G37 owner is invited to any event that Team OCGs but as members we all should encourage our guidelines at our events no matter the behavior of others.
9. If your level of activity changes and you as a member are not available to be as active within Team OCGs as you used to be…or you sell your vehicle and purchase a different vehicle; we do not want to lose you as a member if you would still like to remain a part of Team. You’re still invited to all our meets & Events.
9a. IF YOU HAVE SOLD YOUR G35 or G37 and now have a new car or will be selling the G and getting into another type or another vehicle. You have the option if you’d like to be a part of our group... we still want you in the group.. its about the people Not the Number of G’s we have in the Club….We STILL WOULD LIKE YOU ACTIVE AND COMING TO EVENTS!
We don’t want to lose our good people!
10. Every member should have an updated email address & Phone #.- In the process of keeping in contact with all members we often contact by Forums, PMs and phone , we will check in with new members to see that their phone #s is functional and the emails we send are being received. If we find that your email address is no responsive or your number is not working, or we can't get a hold of you, Your membership interest will be inquired about as well, if you'd like to continue with Team OCGs.
