The rear diffusers help the exhaust gases flow faster behind the car once it exits the pipe, thus creating downforce and increasing HP. RWHP is said to be anywhere from 20-50hp depending on how straight the diffusers were installed.

Add these diffusers and the intake "scoops" up front and you'll be hitting 12.8 in the quarter mile easy!!

Sage advise.

That's exactly what I'm getting with Bat's vinyl diffuser and a perfect install.

Is that gloss black going to be developed? Or is carbon fiber the only option?

I feel that cf would not match the rest of my car, since there isn't any anywhere else.

Yea that's my concern, although my phantoms might help play it off if it's not too grey looking like some CF. Need to see some daylight shots on a non black car preferably. And would like clarification the plain black is available or where those build shots with CF being the only option?

Cool...thx for the explanation bro! It's too bad that it's only for looks, but it is what it is. I'm gonna wait and see what it's gonna look like on a few cars before making a purchasing decision

+2

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Seibon CF hood is not in my wish list. Same with the trunk. I hope Status Elite produces a CF splitter or a lip. I wouldn't mind the diffuser in just black non CF though.
