^ And he may be right, but 1 week will be between Thursday and Friday so by the end of the week we should have a clearer pictures as of how many pop-chargers they completed and shipped to Andy. Once he receives it he always try to send them same day if still possible, then it will arrive to you depending on the shipping method you chose.
