Can someone explain what the different spring rates are and how they effect ride quality? I don't know anything about springs or coilovers and a bit of knowledge would help before I make this purchase.

Higher spring rates = very stiff ride... great for handleing at the sacrifice of daily driving comfort...
Lower spring rates = better handleing but a nice compromise for Daily driving

^ Im think that is right... someone correct if not...

If your Hard core into handling and tracking... Like UNV... then you want the 12/10s or even 14s maybe...

If your like me who wants better handling and close to stock comfort... you go with 10/8 or 8/6

Again... I think this is right... or the way I understood it...

BG chime in here...

If 8/6 is the most comfort I'm definitely going to go with that. I don't race my car at all.

sorry for being ignorant; haven't studied enough about coilovers. Is this a DIY mod or do I need to take it to a shop to get this installed? Drop creates uneven tire ware, no?
