Basically I'll be due for a smog soon and was looking for some "assistance". I've exhausted all my resources and am having a hard time finding what I need, so I'm turning to you knowledgeable individuals for some direction.

I would prefer something in SoCal, but would be willing to travel if it was required. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
