I'm in for a meet/BBQ. Crown Pt. is a good spot but I think Silver Strand is a good route for rolling shots.

See you there!

Okay so in my opinion I would want to go to Crown Pt. or Silver Strand Opinions guys?.
Out of these 4 days can you guys pick which one would work best?
June 18-19 or june 25-26. Both should give people plenty of time request days off from work or anything else you need to do.

If we are having a bbq, invite your family and friends, it would be a nice get together for everyone involved! Also I would get a sign up list with items people can contribute to the bbq/bonfire/anything.

If we decide just to have a mini meet, we can always just chill, chat, if we have a photographer we can do a mini SD G37 photoshoot then head out to grab a bite somewhere also.
I would prefer a bbq just because it sounds tastier hahaha

So I am thinking a Potluck style BBQ, June 19th, Crown Point. Around 11 am? I'll be there earlier to secure a spot and such.

Feel free to give more opinions and such.
If a everyone/majority of us agree then we can begin the official list of Who is coming/What they can contribute/How many people they are bringing.

If we agree on Crown Point, Can someone find a good spot there that we can use. If not I'll check it out on May 26th, and google maps the exact location that day/day after.

We don't have a photographer in our group? XD
I might be buying a camera soon but I rather not do a photoshoot because it will be my first camera

-EDIT-
I might have someone, he's not a professional but he does good work but if someone in our group can do it that works as well.
I'll ask him after we have a set time/date and people start signing up.

Date and time works for me too.

I have a camera as well but I just recently got it...Looks like we have TONS of cameras to use. Maybe we can just pick and choose from the hundreds of amateur shots we take

Sounds good, I'll leave this for 1 more day before I make everything "official"

and the amateur photoshoot thing sounds like a good idea, gives us practice anyways
