Infiniti of Monrovia Service

Well, Im taking my car to Monrovia because my Air Bag light keeps flashing and the Passenger Air Bag shows that its off.

While I'm there, I'm going to have them check out what is draining my battery. I read up on some threads here, and it's more than likely the vent control valve.

I hope the dealer (steeler) doesn't give me $hit about these things. I've heard horror stories about people bringing their car in and won't do it under warranty because the car is modified.

Wish me luck!

Anyone else been to Monrovia, or had these problems?

I had this problem and I took it to Glendale Infiniti to have it fixed. They replaced the faulty vent control valve under warranty and also replaced my battery for free. Battery is free if replaced within 2 years, after that, its 50% price of a new battery per year.

The service guy at infiniti of montclair told me they wouldn't do anything about my battery problem until my car was towed into the dealer on a flatbed. Mmmm might have to check out monrovia infiniti about the battery issue.

I've had nothing but good experience with Infiniti of Monrovia. They replaced my rattling muffler no questions asked. They seem to be straightforward and very nice. I get a rental car most of the time but I can't drive it so I have either my mom or dad take me home. I'll be 18 this month.
BTW the service guy didnt care that my car was modded at all. I mentioned the mods to him and he said no problem at all.

I went there once, the guy gave me a little bit of crap about not touching a modified car but he eventually did it. I had a right rear wheel rattle. it was a medium hight Hispanic guy if that helps at all. he was a little rude but got the job done. I saw a hella modified g35 in the service bay on my way out. u should have no problem there.

I just got back from the dealer. He said he had to order the BCM module. He says thats what triggered my airbag lights and what is also draining my battery.

So I have to go back Tuesday, he said he would give me a loaner also. So no problems, yet!

At first the guy that helped me seemed bothered, but then seem to be cool later on, I was the very first car there at 8am, maybe he didnt have his coffee.

I'll keep you guys posted!

This place has been ok with me, alway get a rental (got an 09 fx35 here once), cool staff especially the lady service advisor, expect for my last visit, asked to have my parking brake checked becuase it was creeking really bad and doesn't hold the car too well when engaged, but he said in order for them to do so, I'd needed the rear brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced by them in order for them to check it out for $450.
I was working with the older the service advisor that I never seen before and he made other excuses on other problems I had.

You mean Metro Infiniti @ Monrovia, right? I've been there a few times because a friend worked there. Cheryl Whitten the service adviser was helpful in setting up my car's first ever scheduled service, and in diagnosing a RF tire slow leak.

took my 2010 there twice for a creaking noise in the roof panel by the sunroof. they were helpful. had a tech go on a test drive with me and was able to hear the noise. they didn't completely fix the problem the first time, so i went back a week later and the 2nd time was fixed perfectly. had a 2010 G loaner both times. no problems so far.
