Walk to cure diabetes 2009
WALK TO CURE DIABETES!
Sunday, November 8, 2009 ~ University of California, Irvine
As many of you know we have a personal connection with diabetes when our four year old daughter was diagnosed with diabetes over two years ago. As a result, besides closely monitoring her diet, Isabella must test her blood sugar levels three to four times a day and take insulin shots three times a day. As you can imagine, this has changed all our lives.
In our attempt to encourage and support Isabella and inform/educate those we know, we have formed Isabella & Friends in order to do two things:
~raise money to support the research required to find a cure.
~provide support to Isabella and let her know she is not alone in her fight against diabetes.

Cant make the walk, no problem. If you can donate and thats good enough were just trying to help the research that will one day help everyone with there future and living a normal healthier live.
