I will try to keep this short.

(1) I brought my car in for an oil change, and they ended up backing my car into another car. This resulted in several scratches on my rear bumper and a small dent. They tried to return my car like nothing happened...

(2) Took my car in for TSB work. I fully inspected my car before driving off and found out they curbed one of my Volks. They offered to repair free of charge, but screw that. I'd rather pay ~$70 and get it repaired at my local wheel shop that I trust. No more taking my car to South Bay Infiniti.

Stay away from South Bay Infiniti Service!

 

wait, they damaged your car in two separate occasions? who do they have working for them, hellen keller?

and i hate it when i hear of dealerships being unaccountable for their **** ups. you should complain to infiniti national...

 

yea this was on 2 separate occasions.. both times they acted as if nothing happened until I mentioned the damages.

I got an oil change there last year. The tech didn't tighten the oil drain plug and it leaked oil. I didn't notice this until I drove over 35 miles to work. The next day, I came back and cussed out the tech who f-ed up, pretty much making a scene. Horribly incompetent service. Haven't been back there since.
