Announcement: To make this event a success

For those that plan on attending the event and have not yet signed up on the roll call list. Please do so asap, so I can get a proper headcount to aid in reserving the proper venue to accommodate us. My duties include paying reservation fees, deposits, and permits. Please help out by signing up early.

Since the city requires a separate permit for food sales, I decided that it would be better for us all to pitch in to a "food fund" prior to the event. The "food fund" will be used to purchase meat, snacks, chips, drinks, etc. for everyone. Everyone that attends must contribute to the "food fund" by 5/16/09.
