Cerritos Infiniti

I was reading the Kearney Mesa Infiniti thread and I must say that really makes me sick...everything about it.

I'm writing this about Cerritos Infiniti where I got my G37. They have taken care of me for every little thing I have an issue with.

I debadged all my INFINITI letters and left some orange on the clear coat (my microfiber towel was orange), I panicked and drove straight to Cerritos Infiniti. April from Service immediately got the detailer guy and buffed it out with rubbing compound. There was no service ticket issued. She had it all done by verbal requests. She could tell I was heavily bummed.

Another time, Rico (from Service) replaced the rubber trimming around my door. There was a little tear, I suppose this may have happened from normal wear and tear or from windows getting tinted, but they took care of me. There are many more things they've done for me, but those are just two examples.

I feel like I'm always catered there and well taken care of. I can talk ghetto, but anytime I go there I always talk to them professionally and make them feel appreciated. Sounds like ***-kissing, I don't care. All I know is, I love Cerritos Infiniti and they also take care of my fiancee's FX35.

Hope this thread doesn't start an argument. I just hope when someone searches my dealer here in Myg37.com that they see this kudos to them

I'll agree with you on that one man. Same with Towbin Infiniti here, they always give SURPURB customer service, they always fix the issues I bring to them so far, (knock on wood) and they give me a survey every time I take my car in and sometimes I fill it out so they know that they have excellent customer service. I feel like I am treated like a VIP when i enter their service dept. They are HUGE on customer service!

It's funny you say that since I just came back from Cerritos Infiniti about 3 hours ago. Yes, its 2am as I speak. I took my friend there to get a IP g37 and they gave her an awesome deal (wish I got a deal like her) and they stayed until 10:30pm to make sure we were happy and the car was clean. No pressure sell and they made sure we understood everything. Great people! I wish I bought my car from them and not Miller's Infiniti

Cerritos Infiniti is changing little by little after the GM from Riverside Infiniti moved over there.

Whatever that new GM is doing... I guess is working.
