Hey guys, ive been hearing alot of negativety throughout the forums about coconut Creek Infiniti. Well ive been taking my 2010 G37 sedan as well as my girlfriend's G37 coupe to sawgrass Infiniti. I talked to the service Advisor John Giraldo, the guys is great. Even though the car is lowered (SLAMMED), he has taken good care of us (does not try to upsell and is very honest). I have nothing negative to say about John or the Dealership in general. I recommend him to all the G owners in SFL. If anybody needs to get in contact with him, his number is 954-360-9400.

 

I've never had a single problem with Coconut Creek. Good experience buying, good experience with service. Went there last week for an oil change, and I was out the door 30 minutes later for $44. That's not bad for an Infiniti dealer.

 

I know John and even though i live i'n Brickell i only let him handle my car so i have no problem driving up to Sawgrass!!! Great Guy great dealership and very fast service ....

 

I've been dealing with Richard at Sawgrass and he's another great service advisor. sawgrass overall is an excellent dealership when it comes to service.
i just leased a car from coconut creek as they were the only ones to have a 6MT S and I have the service plan included. Once i'm done, i'll be switching back to sawgrass.

 

Glad you guys saw the post. John at sawgrass is always fair, and is always willing to help ypu out. All my friends(most not on this forum), have been going to him, not once has John gave them trouble for the mods.

Paul @ Warren Henry infiniti is good ive taken my car there many times even modded and never had a issue.

 

Warren Henry? Were are they now? Last time I checked they were not in weston anymore

 

Warren Henry is in Miami Gardens now off 441 and 207st. I stay up the street from there but I bought my car from Sawgrass Infiniti and I always have it serviced there as well. Warren Henry didn't seem like very friendly people to me.

 

Jhon at sawgrass is the best i only let him handle my car, alot of G owners in SFL takes the car to him, even if the car is heavy modded.. he will help you out.
