Free service voucher arrives over 6 months LATE
Just looking to get some feedback on what I should ASK the dealership (in Atlanta) to do in this case. I bought my '09 Coupe in Atlanta back in March 2009. I live in Nashville. I've had the car for six months now and only NOW did I receive a voucher in the mail from them for a "1st Maintenance Service FREE on us at 3750miles". It wasn't like it was lost in the mail because it was postmarked 20JAN2010. I currently have over 15000 miles on my car.
So my question to you is: what should i ask them to do (if anything at all). it's not that i'm stingy and can't pay for an oil change, but could they have reasonably expected anyone to have driven only 3750miles in ten months? that's garbage.

in case anyone cares to know, i called the atlanta dealership to ask them about it and was terribly scoffed at by their service manager. so i called infiniti's corporate consumer affairs line and spoke to a nice lady. she apologized for the atlanta dealership's shortcomings and gave me a $100 voucher redeemable at any infiniti dealership nationwide. good to know at least corporate is legit.
did you ever go back to the dealership or schedule an appointment? The dealership usually is going to schedule your first appointment in the database on the same day you take delivery
no, the one and only time i ever went to this dealership was the time i drove 5 hrs from northern tennessee to pick the car up. at the pickup, there was no mention of any scheduling of services or anything else.
