I'm in a Q60 and don't have a problem with that.

I'll be in Cary tomorrow evening at Mac's Tavern. Going there to see the band Redline.
I should be in the Q, but I'm doing some mods on it tomorrow. So if something goes south, I'll have to drive the SUV.

 

Unless you have a 2017, Q is pretty much a G anyway.

As for a location...... how about the N.C. Zoo in Asheboro?
It is in the geographical center of the state, so they say........

 

If Asheboro is the spot, I can get a small discount on zoo tickets, and on hotel rooms at the Comfort Inn for anyone wanting to stay the night. I'm in Asheboro almost every month. It's About an hour and a half drive from Cary.

 

Less than 2h for me. I like it! Plus discounts sound nice.

Soooooo...... Are we doing the NC Zoo (or somewhere else) on April 8th (or some other date)?

Because if we're doing the Zoo, I "may" also be able to get us some discounts, but I'd need to know the date asap in order to possibly do so.

Count me in. The drive to Asheboro is always fun. Just a straight shot.

Normally, Group zoo tickets are $13 each and you need 15+ people to prepay at least 2 weeks in advance. I can get them for $10 each with no minimum amount of people and no prepay required. Just let me know who would like one.

 

I'm trying to get the Zoo Pass from my company for the April 8th weekend. If I can, I will be able to get 8 in for free. It will be a week or so before I know if I can get it.

TruuG, please hold of on ordering any tickets for now. If I do get the pass and there are more people than it covers, then tickets can be ordered and the cost for those tickets can be divided up for everyone to cover the cost.

I'm still uncertain if I'll be able to get the pass or not. Like I said, it will be a week or so before I'll know. So I can't accept any of the awesomeness for now. Others will just have to bear the load of the full awesomeness for now.
