Get ready for the 1st Red Bull Soapbox Derby to come to the Lone Start State!
The Red Bull Soapbox Derby is a national race for amateur drivers, fueled by creativity and competitive fun, not to mention the need for speed. This unique non-motorized racing event challenges racers to design and build outrageous, human-powered soapbox dream machines and compete against the clock in a downhill race.
The Dallas event is the 13th U.S. Red Bull Soapbox race to ever take place. The 1st stateside race was in St Louis in 2006. The 1st ever was in Belgium in 2000 and has since visited nearly 30 countries.
