Houston - Service advisor

hello.

i getting ready to take my o9 g37s for the 15k mile check-up.

i'm really particular about scratches/damage to the paint/wheels when i have my car worked on by anyone. can anyone recommend a service advisor to work with at either sw infiniti or clear lake? someone who will not think i am crazy for asking them not to wash my car, etc...

any other general comments about either location are appreciated.

thanks,

joel

At Clear Lake Infinit ask for Sean. Tell him Jeremy with the black G37 sent you to him. He adamant that you are meticulous about your car and that it is NOT to be washed under any circumstance. Remind him again when you take it in and have him write it on the service ticket. Then put a sticky note on the center of the steering wheel saying do not wash.

You can also take it to Paul at Baker Nissan North if you don't mind having a Nissan dealership do the work. It'll be cheaper and they have the parts and Nissan trained techs. Paul is an enthusiasts (has a showstopper S2K) and understands. He sponsors our local team Strictly G's and we take our cars to him for work. I can recommend him without reservation as he and Baker have done great work on Black Betty 3 times now.

+1 on what Jeremy said. Baker has my bumper now and have seen their work. They do a great job and will take car of your ride.
