New owner and looking for some headlight work

Hey guys! Been poking around this site for awhile now and decided to join in on the fun. Had my G for about 6 months now and absolutely love it! 2010 Blue Slate Journey with sport package. Not my first color choice, but it has certainly grown on me.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good place where I could get my headlights painted around the Louisiana or Houston area? I've hit up 180 Customs but the thought of removing my headlights and shipping them to New York is just too troublesome for me. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Raul is in Socal not Texas lmao!! OP you're right in the middle of 180 n Raul so that saying you will have to ship either way if decide to go with one of them. Unless, you can find a local who can do the job.

Yea man, I'm smack dab in the middle of Raul and 180 so shipping is a pain either way. I prefer a local job since all I want is to get them painted. No iron man or demon eyes or whatever...

And big thanks Viper! Although Garland is a little too far for me, it's better than SoCal or NY.

Please if anyone has anymore suggestions, please keep 'em comin!

If all your looking to do is paint, it is really not that hard to do on your own. I did it myself with the help of a friend and depending on where in louisiana/texas you are I may be able to help or know someone who can

One of the members posted a very good DIY on here, but I have absolutely ZERO experience at tackling this kind of work. Nor do I have the ***** to attempt it either. Which part of Louisiana are you from? I'm from New Orleans but am willing to make the drive if you could help a brother out

Dang. Shreveport is about a 5 hour drive
I'll probably try to cop a pair of modded headlights on the classifieds on here or an extra pair that are sold for cheap on eBay and send them to 180 or Rauls

You say that like it is a super long distance lol. Make it a road-trip day, open the windows, open the sunroof (if applicable), enjoy the drive, and take the Shreveport guys up on their offer to assist!!! I doubt you will regret it.

My wife wants to take a trip up to NY in the not-too-distant future to check out the City, as well as run by 180 to get the heads and tails done. Can't wait for that one!!!
