Visiting Dallas, need help!

Hey guys, my girls bday is coming up and shes a die hard Cowboys fan (to top it off we live in DC..). For a present I wanted to take her to a Cowboys game (pref. Skins vs Boys, I know ticket prices will be jacked up). Had a few questions if any of you guys could help me out, it'd be great.

1) How far is Cowboys Stadium from Dallas, TX?
2) Is Arlington a nice place to stay? or would it be better to stay in Dallas and just go to Arlington for the game? (trying to make a weekend out of this)
3) Is there mass transit to the game? Metro/train anything? Dont really want to rent a car.
4) What are some good places to stay at in Dallas and Arlington (hotel wise)?
5) Trying to get tickets, so far searching on ticketsnow.com and stubhub.com any other sites I should know of?

Thanks for any and all help.

I live in Dallas (but in Korea for a year and not a cowgirls fan) but I can help you out cause I use to live near there old stadium.

1) How far is Cowboys Stadium from Dallas, TX?
(From Downtown Dallas it's almost a 30 to 40 min drive to Arlington.)
2) Is Arlington a nice place to stay? or would it be better to stay in Dallas and just go to Arlington for the game? (trying to make a weekend out of this) Arlington where the new cowboy's stadium is at is a great place to stay.
(There is a six flags near there where you might want to go have some fun.)
3) Is there mass transit to the game? Metro/train anything? Dont really want to rent a car. (Sorry there is no bus as of right now that goes to Arlington because Arlington is not part of Dallas but they are working on making a deal soon)
4) What are some good places to stay at in Dallas and Arlington (hotel wise)? (There are a lot of hotels near the stadium some good and some ok.)
5) Trying to get tickets, so far searching on ticketsnow.com and stubhub.com any other sites I should know of? Try Ticketmaster.com or NFL Tickets, Football Tickets, 2009 NFL Schedule, Super Bowl Tickets.

I would help you more if I was in Dallas right now.
