Guys I've been considering organizing an "All Texas" meet. Groups cruise to Austin from H-Town, SA and DFW (or wherever else they live out in the sticks). Have a nice hill country drive on some scenic twisty back roads. Spend the night and have a BBQ or Picnic on Sunday. It would be more well attended when the weather is better in April or May. What do you think?

I'd be in for a meet such as BB suggested....

 

A large meet like that would take a lot of coordination with all cities, we would need a very large parking lot where we could all meet up. It would need to be close to locations where we could all eat as well as being close to local hotels in case people want to stay overnight.

I can easily organize all the CentexVQ members (Austin/Killeen/Buda G's/Z's/Maximas) for a large scale meet, now it's just up to the heads of the Houston, Dallas, & San Antonio guys to contact me so we can begin planning out an event. Black Betty let me know if you have any ideas, we can begin planning something if there is enough interest from the other cities.

San Antonio has a group of G's/Z's called Team 210VQ'Z <---I'm not sure who is in charged of that group.

Dallas has DFW G35 Owners Club <---I'm not sure who is in charged of that group either.

Houston I believe is in the process of putting together a formal G/Z group.

You are right, it will take lots of planning and advance notice so people can make plans long in advance. I was thinking fall when the weather is more tolerable. I'll be in touch.
