How about a forum dictionary that lists some of the acronyms and abbreviations commonly used on the site?

 

IIRC, There's nothing new here, other than Infiniti/Nissan specific acronyms. The only truly MyG37.com unique word is "fobgina" to refer to the slot you stick your key fob in. Are you just TTW for how well a dictionary would be received?

Google the rest of them, YMMV.

SRI - Short Ram Intake
VDC - Vehicle Dynamic Control
FI - Forced Induction (Fuel Injection or Fast Intentions)
TPMS - Tire Pressure Monitoring System
HFC - High Flow Cats
RHFC - Resonated HFC
CBE - Catback Exhaust

 

TP = Test pipes
RTP = Resonated test pipes

 

Breaks~to have a part become broken
Brakes~parts designed to slow or stop a machine in motion

Oh, and BBK~Big Break Kit

My fobgina is a technical virgin. I store my fob in the trunk....

If this thread would restrict itself to acronyms and abbreviations commonly used on the site, then that’s one thing. If we expand it to bad grammar, misspellings, and those stupid internet abbreviations (e.g. u instead of you, b4 instead of before, etc.,) then there may be no end to it.
