Exclamation What is the Site Feedback, Suggestions forum for?

This forum is for exactly what he title states. It's a place to post feedback, or make suggestions about the forum. Not about your car. It's for forum issues not car issues. Don't post anything specific about your car in this forum. It's the wrong place for it. As the description of it states "For posting feedback & suggestions regarding MyG37.com".

I hope this clears up what seems to be a lot of confusion by some members posting things here that belong in other places.

A lot of new users' first posts asking car related questions have been posted in this forum lately. This is the wrong place. See post 1 of this thread. If you check back and don't find it in this forum where you posted it, look in the Newbie Corner forum. That's where it has been moved.

Dear Noobs,

STOP posting your questions in this forum unless they are related to issues with the forum. This is not the place for your intake, wheel offset and oil change threads.

Sincerely,
The guy who has to keep moving your threads to the right place

Hey folks,

Wondering why everyone is ignoring your pleas for help? Because this is not the place to post those threads! Read the first sticky thread in this forum to see what's supposed to be posted here. Or the description of the forum. You shouldn't be posting here.

Good luck.

What can I do when a memeber / administrator scammed me? Bought a part, send the wrong stuff then blame it on me. Now there is no answer or at least a Genuine attempt to resolve the issue.
How can this forum help in this case??

This board software needs a probation option that can be applied at the forum level. That'll stop the n00bs until they've got a few posts under their belt and have shown they can read.

I want to say that you have to be a Premium Member to load custom avatars. Not sure, though. A quick look at the FAQ section on the banner bar mentioned the site having preloaded avatars but didn't mention custom avatars. I don't think the preloaded avatars are turned on at this time.

If you click on User CP, there is a method for uploading a profile picture. I don't have a suitable picture on my iPad to try so I can't say it actually works.

And the site search functions comes to the rescue.

God, I love search engines. They always find gold.

You can choose from several avatars, but yeah, you have to pony up $$$ to get your own unique one. Money well spent though

I know it's not your fault and you are doing the best but can I recommend like a Coupe Subforum, I have an 2008 and due to mods and to so many model options with few parts showing as compatible for 08 coupe as Infiniti has way too models of the same car (for example Journey, Coupe, Sedan (then with all their submodels).as the Sedans and all of their years and models continuously show up under When I post under Coupe forum. Ive already spent more on mods (specifically rims) and days of researching but when I receive advice I have no idea what model they have and if there advise is relevant. I understand that would be a huge undertaking but I feel like us 08 coupe drivers are given info for diff models of cars. Just a request and I enjoy the forum but it has led to me purchasing incorrect mods on several occasions. So, as a compromise can you just create a sub topic for "Mods on 08 Coupes specifying Journey or Sport" to help? I also double check with infinitI sites now prior to any purchases. Sorry I'm a noob as I just got this car and coming from a Cassy XLR with two models it is craziness. I guess they call it a infiniti due to the # is Part # changes each year. Haha. Thanks love the forum. Sorry I'm a noob.
