Finally a APP! Looks like InternetBrands finally released app for forums

I was mad and frustrated seeing how tapatalk or any app worked for the forums, but finally!!

Well I don't see it on the app, I see it redirected me to install the app when I visited the site on my Iphone, but this forum is not on it yet, maybe it will add in a few days

 

No ones excited about myg37 finally having a decent mobile version via a app, it's not the best thing out there, but way better than scrolling through HTML sites

Admin should just install tapatalk

 

If you read my other thread about tapatalk, the admin has to open the whole website to security risks and a third party having access to everything on the forums.

What Internet brand has done is made there own app with its own encryption since there is no third party involved it will be smoother. It seems it's a slower app response, it takes longer to load up and lots of errors, but I am using it now and like how the instant alerts are and how fast I can browse and read more threads faster

 

Never saw your other thread. I can see there being issues seeing all the forums they own.

Downloaded the android version and it runs smoothly so far. they do need a better outline though.

 

Ya the iPhone version works but gives denied errors, and they just own the forum program not the actual sites running them, I know they bought out VBulletin or whatever the company was called

 

Not to argue but im pretty sure IB owns myg37.com, which is the "site" and yes vBulletin is the forum software running the site which is part of IB as well.

 

O I had no clue, nothing to argue about, I remember AcuraZine used to be owned by a few people I knew and they sold it out to some company for $50k and since than ads have added on there and the feel has never been the same, most all of us regular posters on there faded away. I used to be a huge daily poster on off topic on there had like 15,000 posts in 2-3 years

But I still go surfing on there but before it was a tight community where all the post ****** knew each other lol

Anyways ya I thought myg37 was g35driver and I thought they were privately owned unless they got bought out or never were owned by a private person
