I think that is the key as it is creating a cookie that is not loved by IE8.
I'm using Firefox. I have been blocked out of posting for days. I squeezed in two on Christmas Eve and that is about it. I also tried IE and had no luck with that either. Viewing was perfect but no posting. It would just "time out".

Testing again with IE 8.0. Anyway about the same for me, although since early the 26th it has worked with IE 8.0 if I let it clear the cookie. Clearing the browser isn't needed. And Avatars still borked with both IE 8.0 & Firefox.
Anyway, I'm sure they will fix this next week, or at worst right after New Years once the holidays are over.
I don't buy that this is an individual user browser issue. This is too wide-spread for that. However, that does not mean that there could be work-arounds so tried the following:
1) Logged out
2) Closed browser
3) Cleared everything
4) Opened browser
5) Logged in
Can see all posts in the thread using IE8 UNTIL new ones are posted. So clearing the cookies, etc. only works a little and who wants to do that between every post.
Still no post ability in IE8 and some avatars still red x'd.

Trust me, this is NOT an individual browser issue......this is definitely on IB's side.
Shane do you have any insight on a timeframe for getting it corrected at this point?
Unfortunately not. IB has not provided us with any info on what the recent issues are or when they will be corrected. Driver is experiencing the same issues as MyG37 and I suspect My350z is the same.
