bump for a great guy and good product.
I have had 2 different short shifters
1) B&M - had a very bad vibration/noise and I did not like it. You also have to modify your car to fit it, even though its not hard. Moved on to TWM
2) TWM was noticeably better, to me, than the B&M. Shifts were buttery smooth and locked into place with an audible kind of click and the feel as well. You have to be careful you do not over-torque the bolt underneath the car because it will make the shifter very notchy and hard to shift smooth. So, proper torque and its an awesome product. Also, it is very short if you run an ARC style round ****. OEM is perfect height.

It's hard for me to accurately describe because it's subjective. I just prefer the "feel" of the OEM one better. The TWM unit does have shorter, more direct and precise shifts. It does have a little bit of added vibration, but so does the OEM one in our cars. I suppose I had gotten very used to the longer throws of the OEM and just liked the way I was used to the shifter feeling than the newer shorter throws.
