Where are y'all seeing IPL's listed for this price or higher? I'm in Atlanta and I can't get the dealers to offer me more than $33k as a trade in. ...I think they are trying to make $12k+ off my car... Ridiculous!

And frankly, I think Infiniti hasn't done a good job marketing the IPL. Very few people around here know what it is and ask me where I got my "kit". LOL

With that mileage you should be selling at 42,000 at least. Remember the dealer has expensive overhead and is looking to turn a profit. I wouldn't go any less than 41,000. If you traded it... The dealer is going to get that one Certified and sell it for 45-47. If I was in the market and found a low-mileage pre owned, 2011, certified IPL that would be a better deal than buying new! From a consumer stand point. You get an *almost new car with 100k warranty.

The dealer knows this and going to low-ball you. GLWS!

my lot had one (a 2011 with 7k) and we sold it for 39k certified. Just saying. The highest profit on my lot is about 4200 and we won't get that, not all dealerships are blood sucking pieces of scum Here is an example of a reverse, I took in a corvette that looked cherry, had no issues that we could tell, low miles. Gave him fair value, everyone was happy, open the engine up and 9k worth of repairs, we lose almost 7k wholesaling it. Has to even out somewhere but I agree 35k is low unless things need to be done to your vehicle. If your brakes/tires are good and no body defects then you should be getting good blue book (will never be excellent, doesn't exist) keep in mind if they certify it they will be doing the 15k service.

Thanks for the insight. It confirms that I will get closest to $40k by selling privately.

Nice ride. For most uninitiated it's just a 37S with a body kit. It has only 18hp over the standard G37. You're going to have to wait for someone who's looking for a new one. That person will appreciate what you're offering and snap it up in a heartbeat. I know I would if I was in the market for a new one. New price, rippoff, your price good deal!

Haha... the 18+hp and a lot more than the G37s? The suspention is different, limited Malbec Black, true dual exhaust NOT available on the G37S, better tuning, beautiful red interior, limited beautiful wheels, larger sways and yes the IPL body. Price all that out separately and you'll understand the difference.

Most of he guys complaining about the IPL are the ones jealous that they purchased the S before the IPL was available

GLWS... Car is beautiful, limited and exclusive!
