Installed mine today....Some notes:
1. Fitment is 97%, some gaps about 1.5mm in areas. The camera does not sit flush unless you modify the hole in the spoiler like the OP

2. The tape it comes provided with SUCKS. I went to Target and picked up some permanent double sided mounting tape about 1" wide. That spoiler is not going to budge

3. Overall, it looks great. I give it a 9/10

Very nice.

What exactly did you have to do to modify the camera hole? Enlarge it?

The spoiler has no mounting point for the camera?

Enlarge all 4 sides is want I did. The camera has a rounded corners, I did enough where it just sort of fell in place. I used a fine file and test fit after every so much was taken out.

There is no mounting point. I made a bracket out of a aluminum strip and short screws

Here is a picture of the camera mounted inside the stock chrome finisher. As you can see, it's mounted in place with bracket and screws. The carbon fiber spoiler does not have a place to screw the camera in. I used Gorilla glue and Tape. I don't have a dremel so I was unable to enlarge the provided camera hole. The camera isn't flush, but it's mounted inside the spoiler at the correct alignment.

I made a DIY article:

Did you (steven92) by chance take any photos of the underside of the CF Spoiler? Just asking because it would be nice to know if there was enough "meat" or whatever on the underside where as studs could be added so that it could also be bolted down like the OEM spoiler.

No, but there is about a 0.5" gap. You would have to drill from the underside of the spoiler, and it would be a PITA to match up the holes. I guess you can create a template etc. I used this stuff....it's not going anywhere.

They (Home Depot, Lowes etc) have double sided mounting tape that is a lot more heavy duty.

Rated at 30 pounds, and for outdoor use.

Not saying what you used isn't going to hold, but if it doesn't, this is the stuff to use:

Yes, basically. There are other sellers on Ebay with this same spoiler for less to your door.

Yeah, I ordered mine from California, and received it in 2 days with free shipping. I advise not to order from Asia as they are knockoffs
