(1) Set of Fast Intentions catted non-resonated downpipes with 1,650 miles on them
(1) Set of R2C black-chrome cold air intakes with 8,500 miles on the kit and 3,000 miles on the K&N filters
(1) Set of Z1 intake breather tubes
(1) EcuTek ECU Connect Bluetooth Programming Kit w/DESKEY
(1) Custom tune specifically for a G37 with only R2C intakes and Fast Intentions downpipes. This is not an off the shelf tune, this is a custom tune done by one of the most respected tuners in the G37 community.

This was an outstanding package that performed very well, but I ended up trading my G37 in on a new vehicle, so my loss is your gain. These are not cold air intakes.

 

I suggest that you take up that argument with the manufacturer, as R2C clearly markets them as cold air intakes . . .

Infiniti G37 Cold Air Intake

 

They are not cold air intakes. They are rather short ram intakes. These may suck in more air volume or "ram" the air into your intake manifold thru a "short" tube, however the filters are still contained within the engine bay, regardless of this small heat shield or not they are still short ram intakes. Cold air intakes for our cars have additional tubing that goes thru the radiator support and the filters sit directly behind the grille, in front of the radiator. It gets true cold and fresh air. For example, Stillen Gen 3 intakes.

Perhaps I should have messaged the seller to inform him of the misconception. I didn't want it to seem like i'm dumping on this guys post. These are still high quality parts that will work well and last a long time on a VQ. Good luck with sales OP.

 

This may come as a shock, but I've been in the aftermarket parts game for over 20 years, and while I agree with you that the description, "short ram intake," is more accurate, I'm selling a product, therefore the manufacturer's description takes precedence.

I am new to the forms and don’t really know what’s going on in here but I would love to take the Cats and EcuTek off your hands!
Edit: I would just like it to be know that Max2011’s comments have nothing to do with my non interest in the intakes. I just bought a set and now regret it!
