A quick search resulted in the following info:
"essentially, it is a 290 cc/min injector rated at a 3bar fuel pressure. Our cars run at a 3.5bar fuel pressure setting.....which effectively changes these to about a 330 cc/min. Injector flow rates are proportional and relative to the fuel pressure."
