I’m looking for a CAÍ for my sedan, been looking for a while, don’t feel like dropping $600, but looks like I might have to. Stillen, Z1, I read from Moncef he doesn’t like the Takeda but interested in that too.

 

Check out vqbperformance.com I don't have personal experience with them but seen a few users on Facebook. Look similar to the Z1. Were on sale around $350 earlier in the week.

Seriously, I ordered one. It’s at VQ Boys Performance. I went on the site just now and it didn’t say it was sold out.

 

The big issue with the Takeda is that it shares the same filter for both throttle body's. It's equivalent to a stillen or Z1 if you use separate filters to eliminate that restriction (that's how I am running mine).

 

Yep, I ended up ordering one of the VQ Boys intakes. The sale price they have right now is $399 and I used the code “CornfedG37” for 15% off and the price dropped to $340 plus $11.69 shipping. Total paid was $351.69. I can’t find much info on the internet about it because it is something they just started making, but at that price I could not pass it up.

I will make a new thread about it once I get the intake in and have it installed.

 

Which filters are you running for the Takeda?
