I recently upgraded to carbon fiber fenders, so I am selling my OEM ones, which have been widened to accommodate more aggressive wheel offsets, approximately 20mm extra clearance.



The work was done at a professional body shop where the fenders were hammered out from the underneath, then the outside filled, sanded, and repainted/blended the OEM K52 Blue Slate paint. Spent well over $600.





They are in near perfect condition, with the exception of underneath the right fender, where there is a little rust, from when my previous 265 tire had rubbed a little. Can't be seen from the outside, but may want to light sand and/or rattle can paint over.



I am running 18x9.5 +10 offset with FEDERAL 595 RS-RR 255/35 tires in the photos, with zero rub, and these tires run large. I took a photo from underneath to show the extra clearance you get. They are perfect if you are looking to run more aggressive front wheels/tires. There will be a small gap in the fender liner, but it will stay put as are held up in multiple places.

off topic, but how do you like the new headlights?

 

Like most aftermarket parts, fitment is not perfect like OEM. Light output is about the same, but cutoff is noticeably less clean. Low beam retains HID system, but high beam for some reason is designed for halogen. (I tried swapping out the high beam with aftermarket LED bulb, but the housing is really tight and wouldn't fit).

In terms of looks I would say they are lightyears better. Really flows with the IPL bumper. The blacked out housing and DRL really tie everything together.
