As I understand it, there is no difference between the regular cable to the tuner cable. The difference is in the lisense. The cable by itself is $225 new from Uprev. On top of that whoever purchased this will need to purchase a lisense which like you said is $300 and IF they want to tune, purchase the upgrade which is another $200. Paying you're asking price would put them at well over the $750 estimate you listed for tuner capabilities.
I'm not trying to be a ****, your asking price is your asking price, but you may want to reconsider and adjust the price accordingly to attract interested buyers.

The difference in the cable is how it is able to be used. It's not just the Osiris Cable that allows you to flash but the Osiris Tuner Cable that allows you to tune on your own. There is some sort of separate license on the Cable itself that is not related to the ECU license. UpRev said its more of a capability license for the cable/user.

Not to be a downer, but just chiming in to say Ey3CoNz2 is correct that the license is what dictates whether or not you can use ROMEditor. The cable is the same no matter what license you have. Unfortunately if you haven't taken the Tuner license off of the ECU and onto the cable then the cable is only good for Cipher.
Confirming with UpRev, if so, I'll drop the price accordingly. Thanks!!!
