To the OP, you might get a better response if you list actual tread remaining in the form of a number... xx/32nds. Hard to judge tirewear on pics.

That said, shipping wheels/tires is possible, but buyers expect $100+ in shipping fees. Back in 2011 I shipped 4x steel 16" wheels with winter tires (215/something/16). They were going to someplace on the east coast (ny?). Shipping fee was around $120. I bet it'd be more given today's prices. Not really really worth it and usually a lot of hassle for the seller.
