Did you ever install this? Will the fluid need to be changed?

I never installed it, and I believe the diff is drained (since you have to when you import into the U.S.). Regardless, I would recommend changing it out for piece of mind.

Asking only $500 picked up in Torrance, CA. NO SHIPPING!

OP states this in his original post. I can imagine it being a pretty heavy item though.

Shipping is a pain! It's heavy and it would not be able to be packaged in a regular box, so a custom wooden crate would be needed, which means extra costs

Lol, don't be so sensitive, if it's posted as an open diff then it's an open diff. My apologies if I hurt your feelings. Anywho, free bump for op

I've bought and sold a few diffs in the past, all you need is a giant plastic container from Wal-Mart for like $10, a ton of duct tape and some packing material to fill in the empty space. FedEx shipped it across the country for me for like $60. Good luck!

I am entertaining the idea of shipping because it seems like barely anyone in Socal cares about go fast parts! If this changes anyone's mind, please let me know, and I will start working on shipping quotes.

Also, I'm interested in a trade + cash for a set Akebono calipers only

FYI, I did some shipping quotes:

West Coast - $110 ($60 shipping + $30 plastic container + $20 rigid foam)
Texas - $130 ($80 shipping + $30 plastic container + $20 rigid foam)

So if I do ship, you end up with a heavy duty plastic container to store car parts/legos/comic books/****/etc!!!
